To make planning your visit easier, the conference has secured a selection of accommodation rooms in Auckland CBD, conveniently located close to the venue and available to book as part of your conference registration.

All room rates are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include goods and services tax (GST) of 15%. Please note, these rates do not include breakfast.

The conference has secured block bookings at various hotels. Rooms will be allocated on a first-in basis until Wednesday 10 February 2027, as long as there are rooms available. After that date, all unallocated rooms will be released, and no guarantee can be made that rooms will be available.

All prices are per room, per night and include goods and services tax (GST) at 15%. Breakfast is not included in the quoted rates. Booked accommodation must be guaranteed with either a credit card number or full payment. This is to protect the hotel provider from no-shows and any damages that may occur to rooms. If you cancel your accommodation after Wednesday 10 February 2027, or you are a "no show" you will be charged a cancellation fee levied by the accommodation provider.

If you guarantee your accommodation via credit card, please be advised our payment service provider Centium Software, is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. This means, your cardholder data is protected to the highest possible levels, from data entry into our online registration sites, through to payment into the banks.

On check-out, any additional costs incurred can be settled with cash, Eftpos or a credit card.
