NON-MEMBER FEES
Any delegate or presenter who is not a financial member of the Transportation Group or Trafinz (excludes Exhibitors, Sponsors, ITE ANZ and IPWEA) is required to pay a surcharge when registering for the conference. The cost for this is $150+GST ($172.50).

Transportation Group Membership
Membership of Transportation Group is individual.
If you wish to become a member of Engineering NZ Transportation Group the fees, excl GST, are:
Employed: $75
Career break / not employed: $15
Retired: $15

Trafinz membership
Membership of Trafinz is by organisation, not individual. If your organisation is registering multiple delegates, this could be a more cost-effective option for you. The fees, excl GST, are usually:
Cities and Districts Authorities with populations: from $500 - $4,000 depending on number of employees
Regional Councils: $2,000
Associates/Not for profits: $100
Corporates (Consultants, contractors): from $20 - $1,000 depending on number of employees
Strategic Government Stakeholders: $1,000
Learning Institutions: $250
However, for 2025 they have been reduced by 50%.
